That is the Weapon (a M-249 SAW) he took off of the Quinjet in Civil War. Like he went and retrieved it before they left that building. Also that is the way the military uses that particular machine gun. It is a squad weapon which means that it is assigned one per squad (a group of 5-6 soldiers). I was a Saw gunner when I was deployed to Iraq, for someone with Bucky’s strength that thing is nothing. The only impractical thing about him having that is that it is supposed to be a belt fed weapon with a 200 round drum and he has a 60 round extended magazine (that causes it to jam like crazy) instead.
